The CoolGlide® Laser may look a bit imposing at first glance, but in reality represents a significant advancement in laser therapy. The entire system is fairly compact as can be seen at the right.

The handpiece cools and soothes as it glides along your skin. The handpiece is the instrument which delivers the treatment in form of pulses of light (i.e., the "laser"). These pulses of light are what actually do the work.

During hair removal therapy, the pulses of light (laser) disable hair follicles resulting in an area in which hair no longer grows after the necessary treatments.

During vein therapy, the laser causes the visible vessels to be destroyed while leaving the surrounding tissues intact and unaffected.
