Medical • Surgical • Cosmetic
MEDICAL
- Wellness Care - Family planning, adolescent medicine, menopause management, yearly examination with pap smear. Health care planning including scheduling mammograms, cholesterol screening, bone density measurement, and colorectal screening.
- Gynecological Care - Treatment of abnormal pap smear, treatment of minor infections, breast problems,and endometriosis. Treatment of menstrual irregularities, including endometrial ablation for heavy menstrual bleeding in women who are no longer interested in child bearing.
- Ultrasound - Pelvic ultrasound and saline instilled sonography (sonohysterography) to evaluate ovarian cysts, uterine polyps, or other uterine abnormalities.
- Primary Care for Women - Evaluation and treatment of blood pressure, urinary tract infections, interstitial cystitis, sinus and allergy problems, skin disorders, viral and acute illnesses. Evaluation of urinary incontinence (bladder leakage), and other bladder/pelvic pain with studies performed in our office by trained medical staff.
- Menopause Management - Management of the unique concerns of the menopausal woman including hormone replacement therapy, bone density screening for osteoporosis, alternative treatment for peri and post menopausal symptoms. Treatment of osteoporosis with oral medications or infusion of intravenous medications.
- Infertility - Guidance and counseling for infertility, ordering and performing fertility testing, treatment of infertility.
SURGICAL
In office - endometrial ablation, hysteroscopy, cystoscopy, cryosurgery, loop electrosurgical excision (LEEP), biopsy of cervical and vaginal/vulvar disorders, IUD removal and placement, excision of skin tags, moles, and minor lesions.
When indicated, perform the following procedures at Memorial Hospital and Manor: hysterectomy, abdominal and vaginal repairs, sterilization, laparoscopy, dilation and curettage, hysteroscopy, cystoscopy, endometrial ablation, myomectomy, bladder repair/treatment, pelvic support repair.
COSMETIC
- Laser Hair Removal - Laser treatment of unwanted facial and body hair. Hair removal works best when hair is pigmented a dark color and skin is fair. Although almost all skin color and hair color can be treated, people with light or red hair may see only moderate improvement. Dark, coarse hair responds best while white, gray, or very blonde hair does not respond at all. Schedule a free consultation appointment with our nurse who can best determine if you are a candidate for hair reduction and can answer your questions.
- Laser Vein Therapy - Laser treatment of spider veins and hemangiomas. Skin care products to reduce signs of aging and aid in the prevention of skin cancer.
